Vanessa Ferlito Will Be Prominently Featured in New Grindhouse Film

Well today I was looking around at some of top movers on the Internet.  The one name I came across was Vanessa Ferlito.  Probably like you, I’ve never heard of Vanesa Furlito before.  According to a website I looked at, Ferlito will have the role of Arlene within this movie. 

If you haven’t heard of this movie before, Grindhouse is a 2007 film expected to be released in the United States on April 6, 2007. In the United States, the film is presented as a double feature of two full-length segments, one being a zombie film written and directed by Robert Rodriguez, and the other being a slasher film written and directed by Quentin Tarantino, with faux trailers advertising fictional films preceding each segment; in much of the rest of the world, the film will be split in two and each feature will be released separately.

Ferlito will be part of the “Death Proof” segment of the movie where Kurt Russell plays a psychotic killer.  I guess she’ll probably become one of his victims.

Vanessa Ferlito (born December 28, 1980) is an American actress.  She is an Italian American, who was born in Brooklyn, New York to parents who owned a local hair salon. Her father died when she was three years old. Ferlito portrayed Claudia during 24′s third season and had a small part in Spider-Man 2, but she is mostly known for her role as Detective Aiden Burn on CSI: New York.  She is a vegetarian, supporter of animal rights, and an active member of PETA.
