Here’s our final section on common ’seduction community’ terminology and phrases. By knowing these items, you’ll better understand how to become more successful with women. Let’s get started…
IOIs
One question I often receive from my readers is how to know when a girl “likes” them. Well the answer to this is to look for what are commonly called “Indicators of Interest” (IOI). During a conversation with a woman, it’s your job to do specific things to make her attracted to you. When you receive IOIs, you’re receiving specific signals which demonstrate that a woman is attracted to you. It’s up to you to take these signals and amplify your connection.
Close
Just like in sales, when you meet a woman you have to “close the deal”. Unlike normal conversations, you should have a concrete goal for each interaction with a woman. The three major closes include:
* # Close- Getting a woman’s number to set up a date
* Kiss Close- kissing her during the interaction
* F Close- Having sex with her
Before you start talking to a woman, it’s important to determine your goal and then spend the interaction working towards it.
LJBF
Simply put, LJBF stands for “Let’s Just Be Friends”. These are the dreaded words you’ll hear from a woman you’re attracted to. Your goal is to never act like a woman’s friend. Instead from the moment you meet a woman, start acting like an Alpha Male who can create sexual tension.
Sticking Point
There are certain stumbling blocks in a guy’s game which is hindering his overall success with women. Often called “sticking points”, these are obstacles that must be overcome before you can advance to the next stage.

Here’s part 3 of our examination of the most common phrases used in the “Seduction Community”. By being able to understand and use these techniques, you’ll

Well, here are 4 more terms you should learn…
Sarging
Sarging is basically a term that’s used when you’re going out in public with the sole intention of trying to pick up women. When sarging your only goal is to attract a good looking women. Other things like hanging with your friends or drinking is of secondary importance to your goal of picking up girls.
Beta Male
Just like there are alpha males in the world, there are also Beta Males. In the dating scene, the beta male is the guy who stands little chance of attracting a woman. He is the one who is afraid to take risks or be an exciting guy. In addition, a beta male can be described as any male who lacks enough charisma or confidence to attract a woman.
If you want to increase your success with women, then it’s important to eradicate ALL beta male characteristics.
Pattern
A lot of seduction techniques borrow heavily from neuro linguistic programming (NLP). Primarily a pattern is a NLP technique which uses specific speech phrases which you can use to increase attraction with a girl. Its purpose is to direct this woman and put her in a mental state where you can lead her thoughts. Then you can put certain thoughts and images which will increase her attraction for you.
Wing Man
Your wing man is any friend or buddy who accompanies you during a sarging period. He is there to lend support and help you succeed with women. When you’re winging with another guy, it’s your job to raise one another’s social status with women. This makes it easy to increase your overall levels of attraction.

Well we’re continuing the conversation about common seduction community terms and words. Today, we’re going to cover a few more…
Negs
A neg way is a way to demonstrate status with a beautiful woman. Now it’s a common truth that women of beauty have guys constantly complimenting them. Over time, they’ve gotten used to guys giving them attention and treating them like queens.
When you use a neg, you’re NOT acting like the average guy. Instead of complimenting her on something, you give her an insult which is thinly disguised as a compliment. The best way to use a neg is in a humorous context. For instance you can say the following to a girl:
“Hey those are great nails! Are they real?”
AMOG
An AMOG aka “Alpha Male of the Group” is the guy who is the dude who has the highest social status in a group. Whenever you’re in a social setting, there will always be a guy who is the most dominant person in an interaction.
Now it’s important to identify this guy if you’re approaching a group. Because if you don’t find a way to make him your friend or neutralize him, then you’ll have limited success with a woman.
Hook Point
This term was made popular by seduction guru “Style”. Basically a hook point is the moment in a conversation with a woman when you know that she is interested in you. Generally when you approach a woman, she’ll treat you with neutral indifference. If you’re attraction skills are working, you’ll notice the hook point in a conversation. So it’s important to work towards that hook point and be able to identify it when it happens.
DHV
DHV stands for “Demonstration of Higher Value”. This is any story or action that you take which increases your social status with the women you’ve just met. This is important because ALL women want to be with guys who they feel are worthy of their attention. You can DHV either by using negs on a woman or by showing some sort of skill/action which displays superior status.

Seduction Community Common Words and Terms Part 1
Like any other society and group, the seduction community has its own unique groups of words. Now if you’ve ever taken a close look at a seduction forum, then you probably noticed that the posts are filled with what seems like secret code words.
Well in the next couple of posts, I’m going to provide a quick breakdown of some of the most common used words in the seduction community. Once you learn these phrases, you’ll increase your knowledge of techniques which will help you increase your success with women.
Let’s get started…
AFC
Simply put, AFC stands for Average Frustrated Chump. Basically an AFC is your average guy who has little to NO skills with women. Unlike guys who *get women* this type of man uses supplicating behavior to try to win over women. For instance, he buys flowers, gifts and is constantly putting her on a pedestal. As a result, the AFC is often mistreated by women.
Obviously you do NOT want to be an AFC!
Kino
Kino is short for Kinesthetic touching. This technique focuses on initiating physical contact in the hope of increasing attraction and arousal in a woman. Generally kino should be done on any area which will increase her interest. This can include her hair, arm, elbows, neck, wrist, hands, and legs.
One-Itis
One-itis is an affliction which hits a lot of men, especially AFCs. It’s having the mindset that there is ONLY one woman in your life who is worth pursuing. Whether it’s a close friend or a past girlfriend, many guys have One-itis when they’re not able to stop obsessing over this woman. The common recommendation is to start dating multiple women. Only then can you develop the perspective that she’s not meant for you.
Social Proof
Social Proof is a concept completely lifted from psychology textbooks. You use social proof as a way to raise your status in the minds of the people around you. Specifically if you’re surrounded by hot women or people are hanging on your every word, then you’ve achieved social proof. Since you’ve shown that you’re preselected as a popular person, you’ll find that it’s easier to attract women.

How to Deal with Women Who Like to Test Men and Disrespect Them
Today I was on Carlos Xuma’s site where he answered a questions from one of his readers. In this question, the reader had a situation where the girl he was dating disrespected him on multiple occasions.
From what I gathered in the article, the guy is seeing a girl who likes to string him along and basically treat him like crap. Fortunately, the reader had the balls to confront this woman and let her know that he won’t take it.
I especially like the advice that Carlos Xuma gave. Basically he said was to get rid of the woman. The reason was she was probably using him as a “trophy guy” to make herself feel better. Since she wasn’t that in to him, then he should quickly get rid of her and move on with his life.
Then Carlos discusses how women often do certain things to test us and see how much crap we can take from them. The important thing to remember is to NEVER let a woman disrespect you or let them think they have the power. If you find yourself in that type of situation, it’s better to walk away and find a woman who will treat you better.

Part 1 of the Seduction School Video Featuring Juggler Provided by Seduction Chronicles
I found a great five part series on YouTube called the “Seduction School.” As part of a British TV show program, the video tracks the training and education of three AFCs (Average Frustrated Chumps).
What’s great about this video is the three guys they used for the training. Each of them has a physical defect which is getting in the way of their pick up technique. For instance, one is really tall, one is really fat and one is really short. So obviously the seduction teachers have a lot to work on.
Primarily the focus of the video is to show that a guy’s physical looks have NOTHING to do with their ability to meet and attract women. If they know the proper technique for succeeding with women, then your looks aren’t that important.
In this video, the Seduction teacher Wayne Elise (known as Juggler in the seduction community) and his assistant Johnny bring the three students out to get an idea of their current pick up skills. Obviously none of them do particularly well.
My personal favorite was the Neil guy with his line…”Do you want the panda?”…priceless.

Neil Strauss, Author of ‘The Game’, Gives a Tour of the Infamous Project Hollywood House
On a recent a trip to YouTube, I found another video dealing with Neil Strauss the author of ‘The Game’. In this clip, Neil provides a tour of the ‘Project Hollywood’ house which he made famous in his book.
While a lot the video is in Swedish, it was cool to see what the actual house looks like. For some reason I always pictured the place like a glorified frat house. Instead it’s actually pretty cool looking. It’s empy now, but you can tell that it would have been cool to have been living there.
Anyway, I have no idea what the Swedish lady is saying in the video, but feel free to take a look…

What Do You Think About ‘The Art of Approaching’
Over at Joseph Matthews’s blog, he recently posted a blog entry asking for honest opinions about his ebook- ‘The Art of Approaching‘.
As part of his product launch for ‘Renegade Rapport’ Joseph would give a free copy to the guy who could provide the most useful comment about ‘The Art of Approaching‘ After 60 comments, he chose a reader who calls himself ‘Neltharius’. Although I was bummed out that I wouldn’t receive a free copy of ‘Renegade Rapport’, I thought the comments by Neltharius were helpful to anybody who hasn’t had a chance to check out ‘The Art of Approaching‘.
Anyway I am pretty excited about the system that Joseph is about to release.
It’s kind of like a sequel to ‘The Art of Approaching‘. While the first book primarily talked about how to initiate conversations with women, ‘Renegade Rapport’ will teach you how to engage women in a conversation without using canned stories and gimmicks.

Interview with Seduction Guru Ross Jeffries- Part 1
Found another great video for y’all to watch.
In this one, Frank B Kermit from FrankTalks.com interviews Ross Jeffries.
If you’ve never heard of him, Ross Jeffries is on the pioneers of the ‘Speed Seduction’ technique. Since 1990 Ross has been teaching seduction techniques to the average guy. In fact, long before Mystery, David DeAngelo and Style, Ross was attracting and seducing women.
While the video primarily shows shots of the Frank Kermit guy, the audio discusses his beginnings into learning how to seduce women. In addition, he covers the basics of strategies to attracting women.

Interview with Seduction Guru ‘Gambler’
Donovan over at “The Attraction Chronicles” just gave an incredible interview with pick-up artist ‘Gambler‘.
Many of his students and people familiar with his techniques regard him as one of the best teachers for turning an “average frustrated chump” into a smooth-talking ladies man. In fact his site PUATraning.com teaches you how to confidently walk up to any woman and attract her.
In the interview, Donovan asks Gambler topics ranging from the moment when he realized he needed to change his life to his belief on the value of inner-game.

See Style (Author of ‘The Game’) on The View
Up until a couple of years ago, the seduction community was a close-knit group of guys who fell below the radar of modern society. They were able to practice meeting, approaching, and attracting women without many people knowing of their existance.
Then their secret methods were revealed to the world in a landmark book aptly title ‘The Game: Penetrating the Secret Society of Pickup Artists’. What’s significant about this book is it’s written by Neil Strauss (aka: Style) who’s worshipped as a legend within the seduction community.
Once this book was published, average guys started to realize that there is a system in place that can help them meet and attract women.
What I like about ‘The Game’ was it provided a glimpse into what’s it like to go from an “Average Frustrated Chump” (AFC) to a Master Pick-Up Artist (MPUA). In fact, it honestly shows that ANY guy can become wildly successful at attracting women.
On the other hand, ‘The Game’ also showed the dangers inherent in objectifying women just for the sake of impressing your buddies. Ultimately the book showed you can become successful with women without sacraficing your moral integrity.
If you’re not familiar with Neil Strauss, I recommend you check out a video of him on ‘The View’ and take a gander at ‘The Game’. I think it’ll provide a great introduction to the seduction community. while showing that it has a few pitfalls that should be avoided.

All have been ‘field-tested’ and are proven methods to initiate conversations with women.
It’s perfect for guys who aren’t sure what they should say to a woman to get her interested.

Who is the Top Dating Coach of 2006?
On the ‘Attraction Chronicles’ blog today there is an interesting post about who is the top dating coach of 2006. With this post, you can simply vote on who you think should be considered the top guy when it comes to teaching men to meet and attract women. Some of the choices include Joseph Matthews, Mystery, Neil Strauss, David DeAngelo, Lance Mason, Swinggcat, and Carlos Xuma.
While I thought all of the guys on this list, were excellent options, I chose David DeAngelo. My main reasoning is due to the fact that he provides a very good basic guide to help guys get started with meeting and attracting women. A lot of the other people on this list have classes and seminars which provide an excellent opportunity to work on your “pick-up” skills. But they cost a good amount of money.
With David’s course, you have an opportunity to get started for a small price. Since the focus of my site is to help beginners with taking that first step, I think his guide provides the best overall philosophy for attracting women. (By the way, Joseph Matthews ran a close second)
