Develop a Pattern of Cardiovascular Exercise
Yesterday, I discussed the benefits of starting a weight lifting regiment. In this tip, I talked at length about how engaging in exercises to improve your overall body will provide you with increased confidence and a positive attitude towards life.
Now I want to slightly shift focus and talk about the importance of cardiovascular exercise.
Personally I think developing a pattern of getting cardio exercise is one of the BEST things you can do for yourself. From my own experiences as a runner for 16+ years, I’ve found that people who are “in shape” are happier in their lives.
But since this blog is mostly concerned with improving your success with women, allow me to explain why a pattern of cardiovascular exercise will help you with women.
First, you’ll be a calmer person. When you’re getting regular exercise, you’ll regularly releasing endorphins which provides a more relaxed and calm demeanor. A byproduct of this chemical is you’ll be able to reduce a lot of nervous energy which interferes with your ability to attract women.
Another benefit of cardiovascular exercise is you’ll be able to have more stamina in the bedroom. While many guys think regular exercise tires you out, the opposite is actually true…
Regular exercise provides you with more energy- especially when it comes to sex.
Unless you’re training for a marathon, you’ll be able to use your increased stamina to provide your women with a better overall sexual experience.
The final reason you should exercise is it provides you with a social outlet. Whether you’re exercising in a gym or running on the roads, you’ll have an opportunity to meet more people. As a result, you’ll be able to widen your social circle which will increase the likelihood of meeting women.
Now that you understand the importance of exercise, let me suggest this…
Try to exercise at least 30 minutes a day, 3-4 times a week. You can either plan it for the same days as your weight lifting or you could alternate days.
By working an exercise schedule into your day, you’ll become somebody who has a distinct advantage over many guys trying to attract women.

Start Weight Lifting to Improve Your Physique
One of things to remember about meeting and attracting women is your looks aren’t that important to the process.
If you’re a balding guy or you’re overweight, you still have a chance at succeeding with women.
But there is one important thing to remember…
Even if you can succeed with major physical flaws, you can still DRAMATICALLY improve your chances with a woman, simply by getting into a pattern of lifting weights. Even if you lift only 3 times a week, a regular weight lifting plan can provide both physical and mental benefits that’ll help your game.
Here are a few reasons why weight lifting will help you:
1) Your confidence will improve as you realize that you’re in better shape then most of the slobs you see trying to attract women.
2) When you start to improve your body, you’ll learn to like yourself better. When you learn to love yourself, you’re overall demeanor and attitude will change. What’ll eventually happen is you’re improved self-esteem will translate to a positive attitude around women.
3) Your health will improve. While being a physically fit person doesn’t directly correlate to your ability to attract women, there is something to be said about knowing you’re on a pathway towards being a person who is in shape. When you have a great attitude about life, you’ll become a fun person to be around. In a way, your outlook will be another reason why you’re attractive to women.
Don’t worry about being nervous about going to the gym. Most of us have been at this point in our lives. Typically most gyms offer guidance for new members. So all you have to do is register for a package and you’ll be shown the specific exercises which you can use to improve your overall health.
After you’ve developed a pattern of working out, you’ll be able transform yourself into a guy who is both PHYSICALLY and MENTALLY attractive.

Does Height Matter for Attracting Women?
One of the biggest questions I get from men who want to attract women is the height question.
Many guys feel that they cannot attract a woman, because they consider themselves to be too short.
While there are a few women that will only consider tall men, most of them do not place much emphasis on height. So if you are insecure about your height, don’t be too concerned. Instead of worrying about your height, you can take some time to improve upon other physical characteristics which you do have control over.
Since many women are attracted to broad shoulders, chest, forearms, etc., you can use this to your advantage. By taking regular trips to the gym, you can build a body which women will desire.
Bottom line, if you carry yourself with confidence and display a physically fit body, you won’t have to worry about being “too short” to women.
