What’s interesting about killer eye contact is it means two different things to people based on their gender. Men will find it almost like a challenge or aggressive. On the other hand, women will notice that you’re confident enough to not to look away.

Then when you have her eye contact, you can either give her a simple smile OR you can use it as an excuse to approach her and start talking.
