[AWTD] Always Groom Yourself Before Talking to a Woman

One of the biggest turn-offs to women is bad hygiene.

In my website and ebook, I provide a lot of tips that can help guys overcome bad looks or social awkwardness.  But there is nothing I can do to help if a guy doesn’t take the time to groom himself. 

What is frustrating is grooming is one area which ALL guys have control over.  Yet many of them don’t take the time make this slight change.

So before you approach a woman, take care to do the following:

* Shower (Use soap, shampoo, and conditioner)
* Apply deodorant
* Brush your teeth and use dental floss
* Clean your ears with q-tips
* Trim any nose, eyebrow or ear hair you might have
* Be clean shaven or trim any facial hair you have
* Apply a popular cologne
* Dress in a neat manner

While a lot of these grooming tips seem like common sense, there a lot of guys who always seem to forget to use them. 

It’s important to remember that grooming might not help you attract woman, but it can do a lot to destroy your chances.  So every time you go to meet women, spend a little time and groom yourself!
