Always Exercise Before your Date
I know, I know….
The build up before a date can be tense time. You want to make a great impression, but you have way too much nervous energy shooting through you.Â
Well you want to know my secret technique for eliminating nervousness and going to the date with a relaxed attitude?
(I’ll give you a hint…it has nothing to do with “Cleaning the Pipes”)
Okay, from the title of this tip, you probably guessed my ‘secret’ trick!
I ALWAYS EXERCISE BEFORE EACH DATE
Sounds simple right?
Well don’t do this and show up on their dates like a loaded gun. These guys show up on their dates so full of nervous energy that they end up scaring off the woman they’re with.
So follow my simple advice…
Do AT LEAST 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise for every day.
Not only will you be relaxed, but you’ll also give yourself a nice endorphin high and put yourself in a great mood which will bring out the confident guy within yourself.
In fact, I recommend you get into the habit of exercising in the late afternoon. That way, you’ll become accustomed to having that particular endorphin high right around the time you’re meeting up for your date.
So if you want to reduce nervous energy and be in a great mood for your date, I highly recommend you exercise beforehand.
